Import contacts
Paste CSV: one contact per line — name,phone,VANID,notes (VANID and notes optional, but keep the commas as placeholders even if VANID is blank). A header row is auto-detected.
This permanently deletes ALL contacts, batches, and interaction logs for EVERYONE, and resets all message texts and directions to their defaults. This cannot be undone.
Type RESET below to confirm.
Backups
A safety copy of all contacts, logs, and messages is saved automatically every night on the server. Pause this only if the system is not in active use.
Message script
Available placeholders: {name} = contact's name, {volunteer} = texter's name. Click "Save script" after editing — it won't be kept otherwise.
Directions for volunteers
Shown at the top of every volunteer's page. Not editable by volunteers. Click "Save directions" after editing.
Additional resources
Shown at the bottom of the Volunteer tab. Not editable by volunteers. Leave blank to hide it. Click "Save resources" after editing.
